1. Who we are

App de Conquista (Crystal Eros AI) is a brand operated by Isaac Palacios Ramírez (“we”, “us”). For any legal, privacy or support matter you can write to soporte@appdeconquista.com.

2. Minimum age

The service is only for people aged 18 or over. By using it you confirm that you are.

3. What the service is

We offer an AI app that suggests messages and replies for your conversations with other people, plus educational content on communication, confidence and relationships (courses, guides and materials).

It is an educational and support service. We do not guarantee any result in your conversations, dates or relationships: that depends on you and on the other person. It is not psychological, medical or legal advice.

4. Purchase and payment

Payments are processed by Hotmart, which acts as the payment platform and distributor. When you pay, you also accept Hotmart’s terms. We never see or store your card or payment details.

The price, currency, applicable taxes and payment method are the ones shown at Hotmart’s checkout before you pay. Your bank may charge currency conversion fees.

5. Guarantee, refunds and right of withdrawal

Each product carries the guarantee shown at its Hotmart checkout, which is never shorter than 7 days from purchase. Within that period you can ask for a full refund with no questions asked, through Hotmart or by writing to soporte@appdeconquista.com.

If you live in the European Union or the European Economic Area, you also have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, and we honor it even if you have already started using the content. If the checkout shows a longer period, the longer one applies.

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Hotmart, and access to the refunded product is closed.

6. Subscriptions

If you buy a subscription plan, it renews automatically at the end of each period, at the price and frequency shown at checkout, until you cancel it.

You can cancel at any time from your Hotmart account (purchases or subscriptions section) or by writing to soporte@appdeconquista.com. Once you cancel you will not be charged again and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Except as stated about the guarantee and the right of withdrawal, partial periods are not refunded.

7. Your account

Your access is personal and non-transferable. Keep your password safe and do not share your account. You are responsible for what is done with it.

We may suspend or close an account that is shared, resold or used in breach of these terms.

8. License to use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the service for yourself while you have access.

You may not:

• copy, bulk-download, resell, redistribute or publish the courses, materials or outputs of the service as if they were your own product;
• share your access with other people;
• scrape data, circumvent technical protection measures or reverse-engineer the app;
• use the service or its content to train other AI models.

9. Use of the artificial intelligence

Crystal Eros AI’s replies are generated automatically. They are suggestions: they may be inaccurate, not fit your situation or not be appropriate.

You decide what you send, and you are responsible for it. Review every suggestion before using it and make it your own.

Only enter what is necessary. If you paste conversations with other people, avoid including their personal data (full name, phone number, address, photos) when it is not needed.

10. Respect and consent

The service is meant to help you communicate better, not to pressure anyone. By using it you agree:

• not to harass, intimidate, threaten or humiliate anyone;
• not to keep pushing someone who has said no, blocked you or stopped replying: a “no” or silence must be respected;
• not to use deception, manipulation or pressure to get a date, photos or sexual contact;
• not to impersonate anyone or use the service with minors;
• not to generate or send illegal, hateful, discriminatory or non-consensual sexual content.

Consent must be clear and can be withdrawn at any time. If you break these rules we may suspend your account without a refund, to the extent the law allows.

11. Intellectual property

The brand, the app, the courses, texts, videos and design of the service belong to us or to our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. Your purchase gives you a right of use, not ownership of that content.

The texts you write remain yours. You allow us to process them only to provide the service, as explained in the privacy notice.

12. Availability and changes to the service

We improve the service often, so features, design and content may change. There may be interruptions for maintenance or due to third-party failures; we try to keep them short.

If we stop offering a paid product before the period you paid for ends, we will offer you a reasonable remedy in line with the law, such as a pro-rata refund.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions you make based on the service, for the outcome of your conversations or relationships, or for indirect damages or loss of profit. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid for the service in the last 12 months.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law or the rights you have under consumer protection law.

14. Ending the service

You can stop using the service and ask us to close your account at any time by writing to soporte@appdeconquista.com. We may close it if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will publish the new version on this page with its date and, if the change is significant, we will let you know by email. If you do not agree, you can cancel your subscription or stop using the service.

16. Governing law

These terms are interpreted in accordance with the applicable law. If you are a consumer, you always keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may turn to the consumer bodies and courts of that country.

Before making any claim, please write to soporte@appdeconquista.com: almost everything gets solved that way.
